Artpop (stylized as ARTPOP) is the upcoming third studio album by American pop performance artist Lady Gaga, to be released on November 11, 2013 through Interscope Records. The first single, "Applause", was sent to mainstream radio stations in the United States on August 12, 2013.
One of the producers of the album, DJ White Shadow confirmed that the first single, still untitled, will be released on August 19 and the music video will premiere on VEVO on September 1. Before that, CNN confirmed that the album will be released in November. Early today, White Shadow confirmed that the album will be released on November 11. The pre-order of the album alongside the mobile app is scheduled for September 1. The album has been produced by Zedd, Madeon, DJ White Shadow, Fernando Garibay, Dallas Austin and RedOne.
ARTPOP APP
The app was created by TechHAUSE, the technological brand of HAUS OF GAGA. The app itself is a musical and visual engineering system that combinates, music, art, fashion, and tecnology with a new interactive worldwide community called “The Auras”. Altering the human experience with social media, we bring ARTculture into POP in a reverse Warholian expedition.
Exploring Gaga’s experience as a cultural interface, the user will share in the “adrenaline of fame” as they build and share their own projects, chat with one another, and watch in real-time on a virtual globe of ARTPOP explodes onto the physical and virtual universe at once on November 11, the “BING BANG!”. On this day HAUS OF GAGA venges with forte to bring the music industry into a new age; and age where art drives pop, and the artist once again is in control of the “icon”.

Gaga will be hosting an “artRave” party the night before the album’s release that will officially launch the album as well as showcase projects she has been working on in collaboration with The Haus of Gaga, Dutch photographer duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, avant-garde theater director Robert Wilson, performance artist Marina Abramović, and artist Jeff Koons
