As the feast is ending,John manages to lure Kohia away from the others.He forces himself on her and kills her,with minimal thoughts about the consequences.His only concern is to burn her remains in order to delay the discovery of his crime,which he does not really consider to be a crime.As he believes there will be no retribution,he can just coldly reflect on what happened.
