In the marked areas, the timing in the actual OST is
fudged for dramatic effect, I could have transcribed it
in a way that would have sounded more or less
authentic, but it would have butchered the readability
of the affected notes. You'll have to listen to the OST if
you want it precise.
The slow fade-in was omitted because of the lack of
master fader in GP5. Again, I could have approximated
it manually, but it would have resulted in mixer tweaks
every few bars - on every track.
The tracks labeled "Echo" are exactly that. Just use
delay. Echo 1 is exactly an eighth note behind the
beat, and Echo 2 comes in roughly a 32nd note earlier,
or three 32nd notes behind the beat.
