这张专辑于2004年秋录制(2005年在51mpc.com网站上介绍)，在AMSTEL河畔的一个专属MIST AND ACUTE的私人排练间完成的。像上张专辑一样，由ASTRO唱片发行，其中收藏14首独具MIST气质另类曲目，优美的旋律中透着MIST的感伤情怀。2005年1月专辑的混音部分完成，由MARTIN GROENEVELD在UTRECHT的MAILEN工作室中监制完成。
BYE BYE是由ALAN WARD主力操刀在布鲁塞尔的Electric City 工作室录制。而专辑封套的包装是由著名摄影师Wijnanda Deroo制作的（www.wijnandaderoo.co​m）几年中，MIST已经成为南非与欧洲的独立音乐舞台中一支重要的团体。
