[Melk] was born in early 2000. At the beginning, the band is instrumental. Convinced that a feminine voice would better suit the kind of music they are playing, the band is actively looking for a singer ready to take part in the adventure.
Sabrina joins the band during spring 2000, and a first "homemade" CD is then released in the following summer
[Melk] starts recording its second album "Super 8" in early 2004. In January, the band also works in collaboration with a "metteur en scen" on an artistic residence in order to prepare for the tour that is to follow the release of the album in April.

This new opus is distributed nationally by musicast and soon gain support from the French national press that had already noticed the band out with their debut album. Even the independent press abroad
