RIDES AGAIN mixes Foo Fighter energy along with big arena sounding choruses; a one-two punch combination that has garnered the band an extremely loyal following of fans .
Ontario natives and brothers Nathan Peyton (guitar, lead vocals) and Chad Peyton (Bass, background vocals ) released their debut CD, “;Into Existence”; in late 2007. This first record brought the band to the forefront of promising new young rock bands and was propelled by their first heavily played single and video, “;Wonder Why”;, produced by Juno Award winner Gavin Brown (Billy Talent, Three Days Grace and Thornley). “;Infected”;, their follow -up single to their first hit song cracked the Top 10 at Edge 102.1, while it also broke into the Top 20 at Canadian Rock radio. The band toured heavily across Canada in support their debut album “;Into Existence”; both headlining as well as in direct support for established acts such as Theory of a Deadman and Hedley. With past nominations for Casby and Canadian Radio Music awards, as well as being lauded by Billboard Magazine as one of Canada’s ”;Emerging Artists”; under their collective belt, this year will see the band release “;Breaking Out”;, the eagerly anticipated follow -up to their penetrating debut album. “;Breaking Out”; is a more musically mature album whereby a marked progression in the songwriting and overall musicianship counterbalances the band’s trademark hook and riff driven sonic palette.
The band will tour heavily to promote this upcoming release as well as undertake an ambitious promotion schedule that will see them crisscross the country in support of “;Breaking Out”;.
