Songs of Love & Lust

A surprisingly straight-ahead record given the pair's history, Songs of Love and Lust is a set of chilling synth-pop tracks with the added emotionless vocals of Cosey herself. They're just as extended as the tracks on Trance, though there's a distinct sense that the pair were suffering from a lack of ideas. It's still a solid look at the state of the melancholy synth crowd.
